BOY SCOUT SUNDAY
The annual Boy Scout Sunday worship will be February 5 . Scouts from the church’s Troop 105 will take part in the
worship service. The scouts will be having a Chicken and Noodle fundraising dinner.
Please mark your calendars and plan on attending.
FIRST TUESDAY @FCC (February 7): Please join us at the soup kitchen the first Tuesday of every month. All are welcome to partake in some great food and fellowship. If you would like to volunteer your time or treats, please fill out the sign up sheet located in the narthex every Sunday or contact Nancy Skinner at 317-877-2871 or chas.skinner@att.net. We look forward to seeing all of you and working together to give back to our community.

SENIOR GROUP
The Senior Group meets on the third Thursday of each month. The next meeting date is February 16, place to be announced.
ASH WEDNESDAY
Ash Wednesday service will be held on February 22 at 7:00 p.m. Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent. It is a day of repentance and is the only time we as disciples meet for worship and do not celebrate communion. It marks the beginning of a 40 day period (Lent) leading up to Easter in which we take time to be introspective and ask forgiveness for our sins. Hope to see you all there.
LOGOS YOUTH MINISTRY
All Kids from 1st grade through 12 are invited, along with their parents, to attend every Tuesday from 5:30-7:30 p.m. with dinner included.
CELEBRATE RECOVERY
Beginning Thursday, October 6th the Celebrate Recovery Ministry will be launched. This is a support group focused on helping people dealing with addictions, divorce, trauma and other tribulations in life. The group will meet at 7 PM. For additional information call the office.
PARENTS’ NIGHT OUT SERVICE
…The next Parents Night Out Service is Saturday, February 18th. The service will last from 5:30pm to 6:15pm. Babysitting will be offered from 5:15pm to 10pm. Please let us know if you are coming by October 16th. We need to make sure we have enough babysitters. You do not have to be a member of the church to participate but you must come to the service. The kids and parents have had a great time. There will be a Parents Night Out Service on the third Saturday of each month in 2011. Please pack a meal for your child. An evening snack will be provided. Feel free to send pajamas, pillows, blankets for quiet time which will begin at 9pm. We hope to see you here.
